This place sucks. 3rd time they made my order wrong. I'd understand if it was a busy store but there's never anybody there
I order from this JJ location quite frequently. Today however, when I tried to order, I encountered very unprofessional and rude service by I guy spoke poor English and he also had major difficulties of understanding English. He even claimed to be the manager when I asked to speak to the manager… At that point I just walked out. I have never seen this person before at this location. Not sure when I will be back.
Fantastic experience at Jimmy John’s on Maynard Road in Cary! While it’s not a traditional dine-in spot, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming and the staff was super friendly and customer-focused. I arrived just after the lunch rush, and even though they were running a little behind, they kindly explained that fresh bread was being made, which I really appreciated.
