This Jimmy John's in Cary on NW Maynard needs work. My order took 20 minutes to make, which is far too long for the brand. Freaky Fast? More importantly, a male employee treated me in a very unprofessional way. He brought up a public video of me on his personal phone, showed it to me, and stated he "unsubscribed" from me because he disagrees with my review of another restaurant. He's at work to serve food, not to track down people from the Internet and scole them. Now I'm reminded why I like Jersey Mike's over Jimmy John
Rip Off!!! Not sure why the staff think it’s okay to ripoff people placing online orders but they’ve done it to us a couple times now. I’m taking a paper thin amount of protein every time. That’s not the experience I expect from Jimmy John’s. Very disappointing.
Mobile ordered 20 min before I got there, my order was crumbled up by the register. Waited another 15 min to get my food. Very UN-JJ like
