Music way too loud, and when we asked it to be turned down it got louder. Had to wait for mobile orders to be made before they got to our orders, which would have been fine if they had told us, but they made about 12 sandwiches while I stood there and watched and never once said "you can sit down if you'd like" or "it's going to be a couple of minutes". Please communicate better and get a stereo or speaker for the kitchen so they don't have to blare it in the dining room.
Placed a to go order for 8 sandwiches to be delivered. It took almost an hour. Only received 7 sandwiches. I had to go pick up the missing sandwich. No apology and the guy handed me the sandwich like I was inconvenience to him.
If you like a club feel when u are eating at jimmys this is the place to go, music so loud u can’t understand her and not very polite bonus it was not freaky fast!!!!!
