Whichever one of your employees that drives a white Chevy hatchback needs to pay better attention to the road and people around them while doing their deliveries. They almost ran me off the road yesterday by trying to merge into my lane, and when I looked over at them, they were looking at their phone. Unacceptable.

I asked to get my sandwich toasted 2 seconds after I paid and denied my request because they already made the sandwich. Tired of these kids now days at these food places can’t do things because it’s against company policy. They act like I’m asking them to commit a crime. Customer doesn’t come first anymore. It’s company policy over customer satisfaction.

The food is good but getting them to follow directions for your order has become almost impossible after having to get 2 sandwich orders remade 2 days in a row this place is making it the bottom of the lunch list fast. Very disappointed from jimmy johns really need to get the customer service under

i drove 25 mins to get jimmy johns to go and i open the sandwich and its just bread with lettuce and tomato. no meat at all 😭😭😭 please refund me for my order. im so sad Marina G
