As a former Jimmy John’s manager I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. As a starter in the company, we were always told that customer service is everything. A warm welcome and a warm smile is what brings people back. I was not greeted nor was an acknowledgment one time walking in or out of this business and that’s disappointing as I’m a paying customer. Bianca and Tre were amazing, super helpful! I came with a giant order for my job and they helped figure everything out with me so we could get the order done! Great attitudes!
This location's staff are great and friendly, food is always on point, and always a relaxing stop during the workday.
First visit to this location,fast friendly service and most importantly the sandwich was excellent!!!, Sorry, unfortunately had to change to three stars because of the terrible experience I just had their, all I wanted was a roast beef combo, I had two people asking me what I wanted at the same time throughout the order, one at a time please, the older gentleman at the counter was not any help, he said there was no Fountain drinks I would have to get a bottle which is fine, I went to get one and he asked me which one I said ... read more
