First visit to this location,fast friendly service and most importantly the sandwich was excellent!!!
This JJ is ghetto. I work out at the gym next door. First time I went and older lady was working and rushing to close early. She even locked the door behind me so no one comes in, and someone showed up and she got mad it was like 8p. Second time, door was locked and no one in sight, it was around 7ish. We have gone here a few times where the service was not great. The 1st issue, we ordered in house, the associate added extra condiments that don’t even come on the sandwich without me asking. I didn’t know until I got back to work and took a bite, this was on my 30 min lunch break. I was told to return and they would remake it, didn’t apologize, didn’t provide any sort of compensation.
