I freaky fast means waiting 27 MINUTES for ONE sandwich, they should review how they train these kids. Not recommended.

Giving two stars because I feel bad. They were pretty busy with a large order and a lot of online orders. Potentially under staff. With that said.. terrible customer service. Waited over 30 minutes for two sandwiches. Staff was clearly trying the best, but the customer service was poor. Zero communication. The lobby was full of people and everyone was getting frustrated. Employees also seemed annoyed. I get it, I’ve worked food service. Tough days happen, but the lack of customer service left a bad taste.
What happened to the management and team?! It used to be a fun atmosphere to come to and I was always greeted with a smile. This team is rude and unwelcoming. Bring James back.
Very very bad service, they don’t serve you quickly, they have a face as if you owe them money and by the way the food is no good. I’m Latino and I quickly noticed the racism towards me. shitty workers. If you don’t like work here why are you here ?, why don’t you look for another job?
