The skimpiest sandwich I’ve ever received from a Jimmy John’s location. It has the tiniest sprinkle of lettuce on it. We did not get what we paid for, and the employee was not friendly.
Almost $4 for the tiniest potato salad I’ve ever seen. So much empty space onto eh container what is going on here. 0 stars ripped

I went to Jimmy John's today because they advertise a free combo upgrade after 2:00 pm. I was told this location does not honor that promotion. I understand it's a franchise and owners have the prerogative to not participate in a company promotion. But I have the prerogative to not go back to this location. This is not a knock on the servers, they were fine. (I feel a little bad that I was too put out to give them a tip.) Nor is it a knock on the food. It was fine.
