There is new management and they still offer the A+ service like Angie did! The store was extremely busy today but they welcomed our order and had it ready as promised. These employees go above and beyond! I appreciate every one of you :-)
I should have learned the first time ordering delivery from here was a mistake. That time took over an hour. Today we are on 40 min and waiting. I called to check on the order and the person said they're just really busy and waiting on the driver to come back.

WOW, gone are the days of Freaky Fast! .. I ordered my sandwich at 10:06am, I got to the store 10 minutes later, no sandwich yet, sat and waited and watched and was disappointed. Manager strolled out took a peek, went back in the back and offered no help. The two people at the counter were not fast at all, I expect they were likely fairly new, i sat and waited and waited .. at 10:27 finally my sandwich was ready for me to take. I was shocked that it took 21 minutes at 10 in the morning to produce my sandwich.
