The employee had no idea what the hell they were doing. They said they couldn’t cut more cheese for me because they, “didn’t have time.” What else does an employee have to do while on the clock besides serve the single customer that is in their restaurant. I paid 30 dollars for 2 sandwiches, and neither of the sandwiches was made correctly. Also, the AC was completely off so it was hotter inside the restaurant than outside. I’ve had 3 bad experiences with place. One of the worst jimmy johns. I usually love jimmy johns. Just go to subway or something else.
Extremely disappointed in this location. the person making our sandwiches was on her cellphone taking a personal call which was extremely gross to do while handling food. they were out of every soda except for a few options but we weren’t notified before ordering. so we paid full price just to drink water. also my partner order a BLT and was served cold limp bacon. this location needs new management or a visit from corporate with how they are running things.
Food and service was on point today!! It was freaky fast!! 😜😜
