I order pick up from here often. It’s always ready as ordered and workers are always pleasant. The place always appears clean.
Service is friendly and amazingly quick. The orders are always made right. The food is delicious.
I enjoy the food but the service is great some days and not great other times. The reason I’m even writing a review is that my daughter wanted Jimmy John’s for dinner. We looked it up to see when it closed because it was getting late. It states they are open until 9pm. I went out of my way to accommodate my daughter’s request and they were closed. It was just before 8:30 when arrived and nobody was there. If you are changing hours please update your listing.

Absolutely terrible service, the man with the long hair and ear plugs was incredibly audacious and when asked to do a basic task such as add more to my order/make it a combo, he gave too much attitude when that is literally his job. As a former Jimmy Johns employee I am severely devastated to see this direction which the business is taking.
