Previously gave 5 stars as I have been to this location many times and always had a great experience, but today was given such horrible service that I'm updating my review. Had my order made wrong twice, when I tried to get the employee (Elizabeth) to fix it the second time she gave me horrible attitude. When the managers came over while I could tell they were trying to be helpful, ultimately kept trying to blame me for the situation? Doubt I'll return to this store anytime soon.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s. The service was extremely slow even though there seemed to be plenty of staff working. The person at the front window seemed confused, constantly opening and closing the window without helping customers efficiently. It felt like customer service was a zero priority here. On top of that, my sandwich was soggy and poorly made. Overall, very frustrating and not up to the standard I expect from Jimmy John’s.
