Let me start my review by stating that I have been a loyal Jimmy John's customer for a very long time. Today, my experience at this particular store was awful and shameful. I could barely hear the employee through the speaker box and was made to wait an extended time that would normally not be expected for a drive-thru with only one other customer. This place is terrible! I waited 15 minutes to get my order last night, it was ridiculous. I finally had to leave because I had to go to work. They was only one car ahead of me, and they were still waiting after I left. That was my dinner so it was upsetting. Never going again!
Horrible. Waited 5 min to order from the only employee working (I was also the only customer there) Ordered and tipped. Get back to where I am staying and the order is wrong. Ordered a sandwich without lettuce and tomato, add peppers. Got the opposite. Lots of what I don’t want, nothing of what I DO want. I really enjoy spending my time and money to go get a second dinner…thanks.
I ordered at 5:09pm sunday 10/18/2026. We received this order and 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. The chicken bacon ranch had no chicken on it and the #14 bootleg didn't have the bacon we ordered on it. When we called the young boy was rude and condescending. Said we were lying about the sandwiches being wrong. Wouldn't refund us our money when he explained they couldn't deliver new ones. Just waited 30 minutes for one sandwich and they got mustard all over the outside. Last time I went here the dude didn’t know how to wrap the wheat bread and crushed my sandwich twice after remaking it.
