Freaky slow. Twice I've ordered from the app in recent months. One order took a hour and half and the other an hour to get delivered.
Walked in. Worker asked if I was picking up. No. Planned to order. He said it's going to be a while 10to 12 minutes before he can get to me due to drive through. So I left
I had a really positive experience from a customer service standpoint with Summer. Just a very polite, attentive, and kind person. It’s great to see that customer service is still a thing with the college aged kids.
My food was good, but the guy who was there today demeanor, customer service skills comes off as a little aggressive as if he doesn't want to be there and he seemed like he was the one in charge for today. The atmosphere it's not welcoming.
