Came in at 7:55pm this evening. The website says it closes at 9pm. The guy taking my order was nice, even though I mistakenly tried using a gift card for Jersey mikes (my mistake - I apologized, paid AND tipped). Now the woman making the sandwiches was a completely different story…When I ordered two unwiches, she snapped back at me she only has enough lettuce for one, after checking the container. Slow, rude and low quality. You should not be asking for tip, your whole motto was “we have competitive pay”, if you do pay your employees without asking for tips for over priced food. Additionally the adds on we got were not there and the food made was very minimal.
The kids working have absolutely horrid customer service. Trying to have a conversation with them is like talking to a brick wall. The only person there that has a personality and can have a conversation is the guy who attacked Bret Hart. Shoutout that guy
