Currently waiting for an order I ordered over 1 hour ago.
Tried to place a delivery online with the Jimmy John’s app. After an hour it still hadn’t been delivered. Ended up cancelling the order and calling to request a refund.

I didn't catch the drivers name, but I placed an order for delivery and he profusely apologized for forgetting a bag of chips the moment I answered the door. I told him it's not a big deal and to not worry about it, but he went out of his way to go back and get the missing chips. This was above and beyond fantastic customer service! Thank you again! You deserve great things in life!
