I didn't catch the drivers name, but I placed an order for delivery and he profusely apologized for forgetting a bag of chips the moment I answered the door. I told him it's not a big deal and to not worry about it, but he went out of his way to go back and get the missing chips. This was above and beyond fantastic customer service! Thank you again! You deserve great things in life!
Jimmy John’s is a great option to eat at and is really tasty! I just wish that they would put more sauce in the sandwich. It’s one of the best parts and as of late it’s been little to no sauce.
Guy taking my order gave me a discount because I have never tried there new gyro sandwich, will come back just because of that act of kindness.
The young lady at the counter with a facial piercing needs to slow down, and learn to count back cash! My order came to $11.23 I gave her $15.23 and she stated she didn’t know how to do math, and than proceeded to use her calculator than hand me back $3 and some change, when I explained to her the total I should be getting back is $4 and even showed her myself on my calculator. Other than that I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve never had to write a review like this either.
