Employee was rude, extremely slow, and argued with me about what goes on the sandwich I ordered. After showing him on the menu that he was wrong, he dug in his feet and said the menu was incorrect. Honestly I'll never go again. I typically don't leave bad reviews but this was exceptionally horrible for a chain that prides themselves on good, fast service.
I had a birthday sandwich, and I accidentally ordered it with ham instead of turkey. I called them to ask if they could replace the ham with turkey and the response was “yeah, of course we can.” When I opened my sandwich upon returning home, there was still ham, and also no cheese that I asked for. They continuously get my order wrong here, this is not a one-time thing. I will not be coming here anymore.
Kids loved the new toasted ham & 3 cheese melt. I had the Italian night club and it was a good choice for my taste buds for the day. My son had the toasted chicken bacon ranch. He said he loved it but he is a human food garbage disposal at the same time. The establishment was busy, clean and had plenty of working staff for the mini rush.
I really hate writing this review because i genuinely love Jimmy John’s- check your orders before you leave. I placed a order on my app (spicy east coast Italian) to pick up- I do this all the time and have never had a problem BUT today I did - I ordered it NOT toasted, cut in half and added cucumbers. What I got was some sandwich with bacon and lots of ham not the Italian and it was toasted not cut in half and no cucumbers- so bummed
