manager Katherine was rude to the employees making the sandwiches and myself which is not cool but the employees who made it did a pretty good job
This place is ran by people who have no customer service, no initiative to solve problems and label you as mean when addressing concerns with them directly instead of rolling over and accepting their non-answers. I had to be the one to demand the order be cancelled and refunded as the manager provided zero options to solve the problem of an order being undelivered for 2 hours. Walked in to place and order and the kid who was about to take my order was rude and seemed to be bothered at the fact I came in to order something. Never going to this location again. I just walked out to go find some where else to eat
