I had a really frustrating experience with this Jimmy John’s location (JJ#3056, 271- Academy). After placing my order, I waited about 45 minutes, only to find out the driver had picked up the wrong order. Instead of receiving my food, I was told they had to remake it from scratch, meaning even more waiting. What made it worse was the complete lack of customer service afterward. This South Academy Blvd location is a complete joke. They couldn’t even get a simple #6 veggie sandwich right. I was told by a manager named Patrick that I’d receive a replacement meal credited to my account. Surprise—nothing was there when I tried to redeem it. When I called to fix the issue, I spoke with another manager, Zack, who flat-out denied it and argued with me instead of doing his job. If I could do negative I would. The staff you have working at 7 pm on April 22nd was beyond me. Watched a guy simply come in for a DoorDash order pickup and a worker went off. They started cussing at the doordasher that they won’t remake an order they knowingly gave to someone else and threatened to call the police on the dude for simply trying to get an order that was placed! To act the way the worker did says ALOT about how customers and possibly other staff are treated. I walked right back out before even placing an order... read more
