Absolute terrible place took 45 min to get my order in a empty restaurant!! And was still wrong. Workers have rotten attitude and managers should be fired
Zoey was the GOAT! She was so sweet and incredibly patient with us when we were having issues getting the app payment to work. She handled everything with such kindness and made the whole experience so much easier. Zoey was amazing, and we’ll definitely be coming back because of her incredible customer service. The guy at the drive thru was super nice so I'm giving it 3 stars. The sandwich was not well made. There was very little turkey on it and everything was falling out of the sandwich so I have to put everything back in and it was a real mess.
If I could give a negative I would. I am reporting a severe lack of service & extreme staff misconduct on July 20th 2026. It took 15 minutes and eight phone calls to reach the store, after a wait of over 40 minutes for a sandwich. They kept hanging up without answering. The representative who answered was aggressive from the start, raised his voice, and blamed me for the delay. When I asked for his name, he refused to give it.
