terrible customer service she had a bad attitude
I thought Jimmy Johns was supposed to be "crazy fast?..." Also, you charged me for the 2 Turkey Toms that I ordered. I went back in to inquire, and I was told thT I had to ask for it. Show me where it says that I MUST ask for it. I'm glad I got my money back. (The attached photo shows the Terms and Conditions).
Order on doordash and 90% of the time they leave out all condiments when i put multiple condiments on the order they even left out the chips i ordered once. Terrible attention to detail here.
If you can't cut a sandwich in half as I asked it makes me wonder what else you aren't paying attention to. (Bugs?) Another place in Greenville I won't go back to.
