I ordered a vito no tomatoes add mayo, I got a vito with peppers. Really??? How hard is to make a sandwich right? Doesn't even mention peppers on the order.
Huge fan of the sandwiches here they are great!!!! Although there’s no Parmesan cheese option….how frustrating? I place orders through Uber Eats and there’s no Parmesan cheese option so I usually choose another cheese and call for them to substitute it….today I was told they can’t substitute it because the price difference between provolone and Parmesan….would you like to guess the difference? 10 cents. Food is always great, lunch rush can be a little hectic with knowing which sub is yours especially when it comes to the common orders, would be nice if they could put a name for the order and call that out. Drive thru mic might need an upgrade, I dont prefer drive thru but had an item not added to my order the last time I went though.
Consistently good food
I have only ever been through the drive through. Food is always good. Never had a issue with my order. It's my go too sandwich shop!
