Staff was so friendly. Sandwich was great as usual!
They used to have freaky fast sandwich delivery but they use uber for delivery now and it takes forever to get anything.
Terrible customer service. Their selling point is that their food is “freaky fast”. Yet we have to wait 40+ minutes for a sub-par sandwich. Do yourself a favor- go to subway or firehouse & NEVER give the Greenville Jimmy John’s your money.
Nope! I ordered one thing and got something entirely different. And it was HOT SPICY which I can’t have. What’s sad is the young man who made it also called out what I ordered and handed it to me. He knew he didn’t just make that sandwich. What in the world?! I had an appointment so I couldn’t go back and have them fix it.
