Food was good, kid behind the counter was a twit. Not a bad experience, could of been better. I will try it again.
Why customize if they are not going to read it. Nothing about the experience was good. Guess I am done with JJs for good. Too bad it was quick and easy and my go to til the folks quit reading.

What they’re not.. freaky-fast. I’ve been in this drive thru for 31 minutes because I’m stuck. Sitting at the window now for 7 minutes, and still no food. There is a Jersey mikes 2 doors down, I’ll make a better choice the next time.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken ceaser wrap I was provided what they later called a “kickin ranch wrap” I don’t like being one to complain as I work in the food industry myself so I tried to eat it anyway. One bite and my mouth was absolute fire. I called and very politely explained the issue and asked if I could bring the wrong sandwich back for a correct one because honestly $10 is not something I have to just throw away.
