JJ has advertised we r able to buy a sandwich for $5.98 for a limited time. Needless to say I travelled to 3 stores only to be told they don't honor it at their facility. Is that going to be the case, you should note it that way instead of us wating time and gas. Very disappointed
They picked the bread out of every sandwich in the order. Called the manager to resolve it and he goes that’s all that was wrong? Then hangs up the phone on me. Used to go here once a week but will not be going back now.
Pulled into front of store just now (8:20pm) to get a sandwich that would've taken maybe 5 minutes to make... and was met at the door by the employee throwing up their hands, disgruntled, staring me down... so, I just backed up and drove off --- safe to say I'm going to pass from now on. Thanks for the memories JJ's!
