How does it take over 45 minutes to make like 2 sandwiches? I worked at subway and could’ve made 50 sandwiches in that time frame. Happens every time we go here. This place is so bad it’s laughable.
Don’t try to go through the drive thru unless you have an hour to kill
Just went through the drive-through. The air conditioning for the building was so loud that they couldn’t hear me on the drive-through speaker. I had to shout my order and then they still didn’t get it right. Service at this location is OK at best seems to always be understaffed and chaotic.
I consistently have issues with this Jimmy John’s but today has been the worst. I ordered my sandwich at 1:50pm. The store is 5 minutes from my office and requested delivery location. At 3:40pm I am still waiting on my order that I was charged for. I have called the store nearly 10 times with no answer update- I reached out to the corporate customer service chat first and was advise to fill out the online form which I did. Then I’m supposed to hope they get back to me in 48hours which again doesn’t help my current issue
It's really slow and low energy. I'll go elsewhere next time.
