Love Jimmy John's, Great People that work at Madison Hgts..
I placed an order and had to call 45 minutes later to find out where my orders was, I was told they were not able to get to my order and asked if I wanted a refund. Now, that is not freaky fast if you ask me. Super bummed out. Poor management, scared to order ever again wondering what the operations protocol and work safety and food preparations are handled.
