I placed an order and had to call 45 minutes later to find out where my orders was, I was told they were not able to get to my order and asked if I wanted a refund. Now, that is not freaky fast if you ask me. Super bummed out. Poor management, scared to order ever again wondering what the operations protocol and work safety and food preparations are handled.
Always made perfectly
Why say you're open until 10 when you're not? Showed up before 8pm and the place is locked up. Waste of time. This was to give them a second chance too. Last time they didn't even put dressing on the subs (#9s)
Ordered a tuna sandwich and the first third of the sandwich didn't have any tuna. I didn't order bread - I ordered a TUNA sandwich.
