The assistant manager is fire
I love Jimmy John's, but this store is just slacking. The past 3-4 times I have ordered, it's taken over 40 minutes to get it delivered from State Street to West Washington. (I'm aware I could pick up because I'm close, but I cannot leave work) Similar to other reviews, my order has been missing something or have received the wrong side on multiple occasions.
