Corporate needs to step in and do something about this location because all of the recent negative reviews show there’s clearly a management issue going on. I came to this facility on 7/21 around 6 pm and ordered a totally Tuna. The guy at the register was texting on his badazzled phone while taking my order which whatever idc but then once I got to my destination 25 minutes later I realized they gave me a Turkey sandwich instead of tuna. Rude people working here
First and last time I will come here. Worst Jimmy John's I have ever been to. I was patient when my online order wasn't ready. Any other location, it wouldn't have taken more than 10 min. But fine, I sat and waited when the girl said she was just "finishing the order" even though she had just grabbed the bread. Bizarre- since you can literally see them making the order.
