Freaking fast is not this stores motto by any means. Placed a order back in Sept. waiting over 45 minutes only to be told my order kept being forgotten and they were down 1 driver. I accepted apologies with a supposed credit of $15 that i could use per the manager by just calling and giving my number. I got food poisoning from here after eating my regular order that I always get from jimmy johns.
Every time I come to this location, there is always an issue. Either the food is not prepped (like today, I heard the employees saying they never prepped chicken) or there is hair in my food. I come on my lunch break because it’s near by, but I never have time to actually eat by the time I get back to work, because I’m constantly waiting for the employees to do their job correctly. Not so freaky fast if you ask me. Disappointed and frustrated that AI can do a better job than these humans. SMH!!
