I just took my two kids to this location and the service was excellent. All I wanted after a long day at work was a gargantuan with EZ peppers, and Mark and Tyrell came through. No wait, and the sandwiches were great. The staff and their customer service were above and beyond. Every employee in there deserves a raise.

The sandwich I got was a tuna sandwich. It , was horrible, and i've been trying to call the store so I could talk to the manager and they keep hanging up on me, and they're very rude. I will never ever get anything from there again..

Terrible experience! Was passing through and decided we wanted a sandwich, service was horrible from the beginning. Girl with the dreads seemed like she didn’t even want to take our order then asked “want the meal or nah” ???? then proceeded to play with her hair as taking our order. I hoped she wouldn’t be the one preparing our food. Then another woman comes out of no where and is throwing things around. Three boys walk in and do not have work clothes on but start grabbing fountain cups and go start making our sandwiches. V... read more

The manager is very professional and courteous, she made sure we had everything we needed and double checked our order. Great food too.

This is my favorite Jimmy John's not because of the handsome gentleman who makes my sandwiches each time I go in it's because it's fresh and delicious 🤤.
