They were out of lettuce and tomatoes... how on earth do you not have the two most common things for sandwiches at a sub shop? 🤦♀️ Wasted time going. They are good when things are in stock though lol. Most employees are nice. A few guys have a attitude but otherwise cool.
Waited 25 minutes for two sandwiches. Freaky slow!
Terrible customer service. The gentleman did not take our order correctly and then did not try to make it correctly.
Clean store and restrooms, food is fast abd fresh. Everyone who works here is nice and accommodating.
Placed an order for pickup an hour in advance via the mobile app. Arrived to a restaurant with no working ac (not the first time at this location), rude workers (another staple) and a line of angry customers many waiting in excess of 30 minutes for their sandwiches. Ended up waiting 25 minutes past the pick up time for my order only to retreat to my car and find the order was incorrect and missing ingredients.
