I stopped by Jimmy John’s late this morning to satisfy a craving for my favorite sandwich—the #11. From the moment I walked in, Adrienne and Samantha greeted me with warm smiles and were ready to help right away. “Freaky Fast” is false advertisement, when it comes to this location. I was behind four people in line. I’ve seen other Jimmy John’s locations crack that out in 5 minutes or less. I waited TWENTY minutes after I had paid. The two guys behind the counter were moving at a snails pace. Literally didn’t seem to care as the five of us all just stood around waiting. There was no one in the restaurant before the people in front of me. This was unacceptable.
