They are very kind. Professional. Quick service. Pleased with how they did my service the way I've asked them to do
I visited the restaurant to introduce my ServSafe training services and leave a business card. The manager told me ‘get out of my restaurant’ in a rude manner. I understand that a business may choose not to accept promotional materials, but I believe customers and visitors should be treated respectfully
Waited an hour for our subs. Put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on.
Waited for 5 minutes in the drive thru and no one ever responded. 2 people working and only 1 customer inside. Went to Culver’s instead
Ordered simple blt with cucumber and tomato and peppers. Ran out of tomato and didn’t tell me while I was on the phone. And also forgot the cucumber. Never coming to this jimmy John’s again.
