It is insane and unsafe employees have to run the store by themselves, tend customers, clean, all alone do to a greedy owner not staffing appropriately.

We've ordered delivery from a number of places in the Katy area and this Jimmy John's is by far the fastest, most accurate, and dependable fast food place. We will continue our business with them and highly recommend it.
I had a fantastic experience with the Jimmy John’s on Fry Road. About a week ago, I placed an order that took a bit longer than what I’m used to with Jimmy John’s. I spoke with the manager, and he was incredibly understanding. He provided me with a credit and told me they’d take care of my next order. Today, I called in and once again spoke with the manager..
