It’s been a while since we’ve had Jimmy John’s, but I was in the mood for it, so I went to one location that was no longer there, so I found another one, waited in drive thru from 11:15am to 11:47am, I ordered a Caesar Chicken wrap and received a Jalapeño chicken wrap…I ordered a #9 Unwich….everything showed properly on the receipt, but we got a regular #9, not an Unwich…will have to find another location….not happy with this one.
if I could give zero stars I could. I love Jimmy Johns and have ordered here before with no issues but I should’ve listened to the recent reviews. I placed an order and long story short, never received it. I waited and and finally called after about 30-40 minutes to check the status and there was no answer. I tried a few more times and no one ever picked up the phone. There is still a charge on my card and I have still been unable to reach anyone.
