Manager is so consciously bad that he's essentially sabotaging the operation in small ways. Jimmy John's, please don't allow owner to run any more franchises. The staff seemed happy to work there.
Great sandwich spot. Location is convenient to the galleria area. However the parking is to be desired in this shopping plaza.
