I am so upset, I’m literally crying of how ugly Victor treated me over the phone. I made an order and their system messed up. It showed on their end the order was for 1:45pm and on my end it showed out for delivery I literally waited for my food starving keep in mind I’m 7 months pregnant. The lady working here was so nice. It was refreshing to go somewhere and receive good service as customer service really isn't a thing anymore.
Ladies are super sweet always give out the best customer service and sandwiches. Another man employee yelled at the lady making sandwiches about some drinks and was very disrespectful towards her. I dont understand why the manager allows this disrespect towards other employees.
