Food is good but i hate the way they guilt you for tips for even to go. It's fast food and I'm sorry you feel you need tips at a fast food place, but it's annoying and makes me come rarely for this reason. Pay your employees a reasonable amount and not ask for tips. If you serve me at my table, sure I'll tip. If i stand there to order and grab my own order from you, that is over the line to ask.
Wow it used to be blindingly fast and now it’s super duper slow. Sandwiches are always great but the service speed went way down at some point. It’s unfortunate. Hopefully they can find their way again soon.
