Portions are super SMALL. I ask for extra mayo and they put less. And the white bread each time is very stale and hard. And the meat? Laughable amount. Won’t be back here again you can bet that
They always make my #7 Unwich with the utmost care, and I appreciate that. Kind folks working there, as well. Edit: 7 months later, still making my unwich with care. Thanks y’all 🤝
I order from this location quite a lot. Every other time I tend to have my order messed up. Including today which is why I’m here writing this. They forgot my onions/mayo on both sandwiches and the potato salad I paid for. If this were a first i wouldn’t be as mad but I’m tired of it now and finally going to switch locations. This location seems to have a very poor management system in place. The type of employees they hire seem to not want to be at work. Forgetting my food, my toppings and more. Bad customer experience!! This was my first time going to Jimmy Jones. I stay in the area and i thought they were really good. I would pull the race card here but I'm not going to be that type of person. To give a nice but HONEST review, this location maybe in particular is not it. Now if your someone who knows what you want and is just trying to get in and get out then good. Maybe this is the place for you, but that's not what attracts good business.
