Bad customer experience!! This was my first time going to Jimmy Jones. I stay in the area and i thought they were really good. I would pull the race card here but I'm not going to be that type of person. To give a nice but HONEST review, this location maybe in particular is not it. Now if your someone who knows what you want and is just trying to get in and get out then good. Maybe this is the place for you, but that's not what attracts good business. Jimmy Johns Rocks! Except this location. I've visited,this location often, and it really lacks lacks customer service. I avoid it if possible. The last few times I've visited the manager I believe to be acts like it's an inconvenience to serve customers and it just ruins experience of dining out.

Feeling really frustrated right now. I usually get excellent service from the Jimmy John’s crew—this isn’t about them. The issue is with the third-party delivery service they use. I placed an order and the delivery person couldn’t find my location because he couldn’t speak or read English. I speak spanish so it wasn't that big deal to me. However, when I texted the guy to ask where he was, he couldn’t tell me any landmarks or cross streets to help. I doubt he was anywhere near my location. I love the sandwiches. They are delicious and have plenty of meat. The customer service is excellent and the place is clean.
