Don't place orders at the store for delivery! They sub-contract it out to non-english speaking Uber and Door Dash drivers and it will take over an hour to get you're food. BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!! This happens all the time!
The new ownership hired some great people. The place was so clean and I saw the guy thoroughly wash his hands before putting on gloves to make my unwich. This will be my go to JJ's! The one in Yale could take some pointers from this location.
Roast beef is almost always gristley. Everything else is OK but sometimes gives me the runs, probably from the mayo.
