Oh my goodness! Worst JJ ever. Avoid this place. Rude staff, slow, couldn't tell us where our order was when we ordered in the restaurant and were waiting! I now looked at the other online reviews and see my experience is not unique.

Handed me my sandwich before I even got my receipt!
Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because usually we don't have much of an issue with the actual sandwiches but what is going on with delivery? The last 2 times have been ridiculous. We had to call about one delivery because it had been an hour since we placed the order (it wasn't during rush hours either) and this last time it took 45 minutes and our sandwiches were so soggy they were falling apart. It will be awhile before we order from this location again!
Terrible experience, terrible sandwich. Im also giving it this ranking as a local who thinks this unique building in a popular area should be operated by a local restaurant rather than a chain.
