The worst rewards program on the planet
Absolutely ridiculous. They can't even take delivery orders, because of how ill managed it is.
I ordered delivery since my hubby had the car for the day. The manager Everitt called to let me know they didn’t have a driver in house and they would be going through Uber Eats for delivery which is fine. Hubby got off work and there were just a few minutes left for the latest delivery time through uber eats so we decided to just cancel the order and he’d pick up something on his way home. Overall bad experience. Ordered online expecting to go in and wait maybe 5 minutes. Went in and waited almost 20 just to get my online ordered sandwich. Brought it back and it wasn’t even cut when I clicked the cut in half button which one why even have that. Just shows the level of care they have.
