A lot slower staff.. The manager was getting upset at the staff for good reason!... They were being disrespectful, talking back, gave up making sandwiches... Those kids should've been fired. Feel sorry for the Manager. Highlands Ranch Jimmy Johns, Young adults were Terrible. No wonder several peoples sandwiches took 30min and wasn't even busy. This was on 7 Apr 2026.
Pick up was really easy and the staff is really friendly.
I love Jimmy John’s. Great sandwiches. And if there’s ever an issue, they make it right.
