Generally I am a fan of Jimmy Johns, but I have rarely had a good experience at this particular store. The sorts of things I have experienced are broken card readers, slow service despite being the only customer and stale bread. Today I tried to order two combo deals listed on Jimmy John's website, only to be told that unlike the fine print on the site states, this store's official policy is that those deals are only valid for online orders. Horrible customer service. I paid full price for the sandwich and they gave me very small sandwich. Customer service also sucks not friendly and welcoming at all. This location is sucks.
Called to complain, blamed ME for “selecting ‘like all the vegetables it was too much.”. Worst part is I was offered ONLY a partial refund. WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!
