Jimmy John’s has always been one of my favorite sandwich chains, and I especially love that they offer cherry peppers. I hadn’t been there in a long time and was actually looking forward to stopping in. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my opinion. I live 15 minutes away and it took over an hour and a half for my order to be delivered.
Great friendly service
Visited Jimmy John’s on 325 North Milwaukee Ave on March 2, 2026, and had a really disappointing experience. My husband went in to place our order, we’ve had Jimmy John’s in multiple cities and states, so we’re very familiar with how things usually work. I simply asked if I could pay extra to add more meat to my sandwich. Before the employee helping us could even respond, another employee from the back started yelling “no, we can’t do that” in a very rude and aggressive way.
