Understaffed. I put in a pick up order at 12:30 PM for a 5 PM pickup for 17 sandwiches. When I got there at 5:20 PM, they had not even started on the order. It’s now 6:10 PM and they are about half way through making the order. We have a two hour drive we still have to go tonight.
We ordered giant tuna footlongs for the whole family and everything was on point. The sandwiches were fresh, generously filled, and exactly how we asked for them. Bread was soft, tuna was flavorful, and portions were perfect—nobody left hungry. The place was clean and well-kept, service was fast, and quality was consistent. An easy win for a family meal. Jimmy John’s never disappoints when you want something quick and satisfying. We’ll definitely be back.
I ordered regular potato chips and received a chocolate chip cookie twice now. The receipt shows potato chips. The order was delivered so I wasn’t able to check before leaving. The unwich was fabulous as always & each time I visit this location the service is top notch.
Continuously takes over an hour to make food and deliver. They use Uber eats which may or may not give you your food. I did not get my lunch. The driver tried to give me someone else's food and did not have my lunch. The store also refused to give me a refund when I called them immediately. I have a floating credit that someone hopefully wrote down at the store but Emma expects me to trust that someone will just remember. Thanks for taking my money, giving me no lunch, and ruining my work day.
Will not come here again. Rude people behind the counter esp when it comes to orders.eat your sandwich!
