The staff at this location was great and greeted me as soon as I walked in. It wasn't busy and my sandwich was made quickly. My disappointment is that the subs are super thin. The majority of the sandwich was lettuce. I understand things have become more expensive. However, it seems as though quality has decreased as the prices have gone up. I used to love Jimmy John's but the product doesn't justify the price.
Sometimes, the random kindness you share with a stranger takes place at the sandwich counter at Jimmy John's. Today, Dan K, the GM, gave me a glimmer of hope. Thank you for your kindness and refreshing honesty, Dan. When you're slicing cheese today, I hope you know that small interactions like these matter a lot. Oh, and the sandwich was delicious! 😊☮️
