Love their sandwiches. always fresh and always tasty. My pet peeve is with the app as many times it does not send my customizations through to the store. The store is always awesome about correcting a sandwich that has been made wrong due to the app not sending through the correct information. The people at this Jimmy John's absolutely awesome.
Clean bathrooms, good food, and very kind staff!
It was noon and a team of 4 working. They were busting their butts to get orders out quickly. Drive thru was busy , inside was busy and they didn’t miss a beat. They have some hand washing opportunities after changing gloves , however seeing them work together and serving people was refreshing. Most establishments have no urgency and don’t care about customer service . Awesome job here in mauldin!
I love Jimmy John's, but how are y'all going to serve my family lettuce like this? You're making a business decision to mitigate waste at the expense of the safety and wellbeing of your customers.
The lady who took and retrieved my order was so sweet and friendly. Service like this, along with the yummy bread and fresh fixins, will definitely keep me coming back! Thank you!
