My sandwich itself was really good. Unfortunately everything else about this place is just a no from me. They are insanely busy around lunchtime and you’d think they’d be used to it. They need a better pickup system. When you place a mobile order, they just set the sub down at the pickup spot. They don’t call out a name or anything, you’re just supposed to have strangers walk up and touch your food to see if it’s theirs. Waited 25 minutes for sandwich and then they got the order wrong
Peak lunch hours= Poor quality food Vinegar literally makes me gag. Asked for no sauces. Walked back to my office only to open a sub I can’t eat. Thanks a lot JJ
Do not bother using the app here to skip the line - you’ll wait 20+ minutes . . . The staff is generally unfriendly and seem angry
