Waited 25 minutes for sandwich and then they got the order wrong
Peak lunch hours= Poor quality food Vinegar literally makes me gag. Asked for no sauces. Walked back to my office only to open a sub I can’t eat. Thanks a lot JJ
Do not bother using the app here to skip the line - you’ll wait 20+ minutes . . . The staff is generally unfriendly and seem angry
There delivery service is terrible used this place several times and every time it take 40 plus minutes to get food. They don't have any of there own delivery drivers and there customer service sucks
Ordered JJBLT with cucumbers and oregano .... I received a sandwich with ONLY BACON. And I mean ONLY bacon, no lettuce, no tomatoes no ANYTHING but just Bacon oh and mayo like that would make it better....... what the actual heck. I am working and needed food. How do you mess this up? Wasn't even a "special" order they messed up.... the ingredients are in the name and it is a main menu item. I paid $9 for flipping bacon and bread. This is ridiculous.
