I've had numerous issues with this location in the past and will no longer order from them after today's order. What's the point of having an "extra" option for freebies, when the sandwich you received look nothing like your selection. Also, I was again, never contacted that my order arrived, valuable lunch time wasted, until I went to check our order drop off area. Not to be that person, as I am in the service industry, but I dread coming to this location. On one of my previous visits, they messed up my order and gave me a wrong side. This time, I placed a mobile pick up order for 3:45-4. I get there at 3:50ish and I sit at the intercom for about 5-10 minutes. The car behind me in line left because of how long I was at the intercom. I had to drive up to the window and say to the workers that no one was at the intercom and I had a mobile order. I stop by here often for lunch & my sandwiches are always made fast! It can be a wait for toasted ones sometime but what can u do with only 1 toaster. Lively crew!
This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST Jimmy Johns. Delivery is always inconsistent. Today was the final time I will EVER order from them. Placed an order at 10:24am. Called them at 10:54 to get the status of the order and was told they were making the second sandwich for the order now and it would be on its way. Fast forward ANOTHER 30 min and still no update in status to “out for delivery” or anything. At this point it’s been a FULL hour for a delivery order with 2 sandwich’s.
