This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST Jimmy Johns. Delivery is always inconsistent. Today was the final time I will EVER order from them. Placed an order at 10:24am. Called them at 10:54 to get the status of the order and was told they were making the second sandwich for the order now and it would be on its way. Fast forward ANOTHER 30 min and still no update in status to “out for delivery” or anything. At this point it’s been a FULL hour for a delivery order with 2 sandwich’s. Took an hour and a half to get my order because I was told the delivery guy spilled a drink on my order so they had to remake it. I called so ask about my order, a guy picked up the phone a came off as clueless and rude. The manager then gets the phone with no empathy and eventually hung up on me. Won’t be ordering from this location again.
I never leave negative reviews for food service unless it’s really, really bad. Because I work in food service and I know it’s hard and stressful and I understand all of the variables and the ins and outs of it. But this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I placed a pickup order online at 11:45am.
