Slow and consistently missing items from orders. This last time the manager did not even apologize for the missing items, just “ok, we’ll send it over.” Jimmy John’s has gotten expensive for what it is and the wait time for them to travel1 mile and miss items is ridiculous.
Food is fine issue with delivery. Why is it delivery fee for one sandwich is $2.50 but, delivery for two sandwiches in the same order to the same address $5.00? Really? Food all fits in the same bag. No added expense in making this delivery. Will not do delivery.
The crew, along with Manager Rogelio at Jimmy John's Store 0391, consistently provide outstanding service. Whether I'm picking up my order or having it delivered to my house, they always go above and beyond. Truly the best team! Thank you, Mr. Luis G.
