I haven’t ordered from Jimmy John’s in 4 years and I regret getting it today. Ordered it to be delivered and it took 45 mins to get to my home, I guess “freaky fast” isn’t a thing anymore. After getting my order, they left out a sandwich, when I called their only options were to make and deliver the sandwich they forgot + a cookie or give me credit for the sandwich they missed.
