please, when someone walks into your restaurant and there's literally no one else there and the customer walks up to the counter and the employee walks up to the opposite side of the counter...don't just stare at the customer waiting for them to speak. Something simple like "Hello, welcome in, what can I get you today" or if the company has some specific greeting...say that. I waited for about 10 seconds before I then greeted the employee (since she said nothing) and then told her what I wanted...
Easton prepared our meals to perfection …AND while being super friendly and patient along the way. Rare to find kids like him these days. Going to tell my coworkers about this little spot, it’s perfect and Easton brings what’s expected when it comes to five star customer service. Thanks and God bless!

It’s honestly the whole team, but EASTON especially deserves recognition for his incredible customer service and ability to retain returning customers. Easton always has a smile on his face, welcomes customers in without hesitation, and seems like he enjoys the work he does. He, and the entire team here at Gilbert actually LISTEN to what’s being ordered and execute with total accuracy.
