Place got the lunch rush as I showed up to get a Uber eats pick up. Stayed calm took care of everything and laughed while doing it.

Update: Management said they would call with an offer for replacement, but I've still not heard anything from them after several weeks. Boy, has Jimmy Johns taken a nosedive in quality! I normally cannot afford $60-75 for a weeknight meal for 4, so we rarely eat here. I had a coupon discount in my app, so decided to splurge. What an awful mistake!
