We've eaten here before with okay service but was ignored for 2-3 minutes. Writing that it doesn't seem like a huge deal but standing in the store with no acknowledgement, just a dead stare in an otherwise empty restaurant was enough for us to walk out. Get some new management in place.
The food was good but the service sucked. We got a lot of grief from the cashier who kept rolling her eyes and sighing as we ordered. Barely said a word to me. I would have ignored it except I said no mayo on my son’s sandwich and she didn’t even put it in the order. My son is allergic to eggs and now we have to monitor him closely for the next 24 hours because she was too irritated to do the job correctly.
