Very courteous service! I walked in to order the #2 Big John Unwich. I was curious about the Skinny Chips. The lady at the register recommended them, and said they taste like the regular chips. They did taste just as good as their regular chips. I do appreciate that she made eye contact, smiled & said thank you! Unfortunately that's something you don't get very often nowadays.
I ordered a sandwich for delivery for my daughter while I was at work. Hours pass and she had not received the sandwich. Found it delivered IN THE ALLEY BY THE GARAGE. Absolutely terrible service, driver should be FIRED!!!! Never have we had a delivery order dropped off in the alley, who does that???
