Super rude. My order was made wrong and I politely asked if I could have it redone, I was even willing to pay. The female lady working there, said she would remake it but instead was passive aggressive and put two pounds of lettuce in my wrap which was the missing ingredient in my first order. Just visited Jimmy John’s (only my second time ever!) and I had the BEST experience! The customer service went above and beyond. Robert and Jasmine were absolutely amazing. They helped me order since I’m not super familiar with the menu, and even suggested making it a combo for just a dollar more ,drink and chips included!!!
