I came to google reviews to see if my experience was a one time mishap or a common occurance. Sure enough, someone else had the same issue as me. I ordered a sandwich and a cup of water. They are charging 50 cents for a cup of water since they "have to put a lid on it". If you go through the drive thru, they will pressure you to tip and the tip screen makes it hard to opt out of the tip. Very slow and unfriendly service! I was not greeted or thanked for my visit. They rushed the order even when I was the only customer, did not bother asking if I wanted different bread or if I wanted to add any freebies.. 🫠
This place is the best! They let me place a last minute catering order even though those usually need to be placed 24 hours in advance. They made my order quickly and the quality and presentation were excellent! Thank you Jimmy John’s for helping me with my last minute order. I appreciate you!
Yall gave me the wrong sandwich
I ordered a meal sandwich, side and drink, and gave my payment. I only received a sandwich and side asked for my drink. I was told that I only ordered a meal and side. I specifically asked for a combo! She asked if I would like her to ring me up a drink. I told her that I had ordered a meal, and she told me that is not what she heard. I wanted to pay for a combo, not buy each item separately.
