This place is being ran by children who don’t care about making a nice sandwich. I order a simple turkey and got my bread sopped in mayonnaise this sandwich looked and smelled disgusting. The person at the order window was so rude . She didn’t want to explain anything . It’s Friday at 2pm and the staff sucks. Making bad sandwiches on Good Friday should be a crime.. needs new team members. Staff took no accountability. Went back and go another sandwich that was even worse. Even if the menu says something comes a certain way, you still have to ask for it. Like it says toasted, but you still need to tell them to toast it. Also check your order before you leave because sometimes the extras you paid for aren’t in there. The card tip screen is weird too. If you don’t want to tip, you have to hit “Other” and then put $0.

I used to love Jimmy John's, but this will be the last time I go. I realize prices have gone up everywhere, but almost $60 for three sandwich meals. But c'mon, I can feed 3 adults and a toddler at Chipotle for $45 and the quality and quantity of food if significantly higher. GRANTED I did do the 15% tip, which on itself is RIDICULOUS that they ask. Before I get my sandwich, you want me to tip? For what? What did they do that needed a reward??? Pay your people.
