I got the #9 all I said was no lettuce and no tomato, they only gave me meat and onion, I didn't know there was supposed to be onion on it! There wasn't any provolone cheese either! Who does that?
This place is being ran by children who don’t care about making a nice sandwich. I order a simple turkey and got my bread sopped in mayonnaise this sandwich looked and smelled disgusting. The person at the order window was so rude . She didn’t want to explain anything . It’s Friday at 2pm and the staff sucks. Making bad sandwiches on Good Friday should be a crime.. needs new team members. Staff took no accountability. Went back and go another sandwich that was even worse. Gage was super helpful and didn’t mind explaining what my sandwich comes with great costumer service!
Even if the menu says something comes a certain way, you still have to ask for it. Like it says toasted, but you still need to tell them to toast it. Also check your order before you leave because sometimes the extras you paid for aren’t in there. The card tip screen is weird too. If you don’t want to tip, you have to hit “Other” and then put $0.
