Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting for a pick up order
Ordered for pick up online. Drove up for drive thru and waited 20 minutes with several cars in front of me. Once it was my turn, I told The guy on the speaker I was doing a pick up and he told me to pull up. Uh.. pull up how? I had 3 cars in front of me still waiting for their order.
