I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Jimmy John's location today. My three children and I visited after a soccer game, as we frequently visit this location. However, today I witnessed an incident involving an individual who appeared to be the manager, he had a darker short beard and slender build, standing about 6'0". He was yelling and using profanity towards a female employee, standing extremely close to her and almost cornering her by the bread racks. Super slow. No updates. Used to order from them a lot, and never had them take over thirty minutes to deliver sandwiches.
Terrible customer service and so slow. Cashier wouldn't even acknowledge us for a good 5 minutes while we stood in front of her because she was counting money from the till. Wouldn't even look at us, say "I'll be right with you"...nothing. Couldn't even get her to look at us when she eventually said "can I get you something". Very uncomfortable and she acted annoyed the whole time. She walked away after she gave us our total and we never got any confirmation that had everything they needed from us, etc. Had to finally ask so... read more
Not a fast Jimmy Johns. Sat in drivethrough ready to order for more than 20 min. Worker said the were busy inside, so maybe that would have been faster. Ended up leaving.
