I live 2 miles away from a store and I am outside of their jurisdiction for them to deliver. What kind of sense does that make? They obviously don't care about the customer enough to drive 2 miles. Seriously 2 miles is not that far.
Is there something less than a full star? I went through the drive-thru today and as is usual the young man at the window asked for my money while handing me my sandwich. The problem with what would seem to be excellent/speedy service was the sandwich was not in a bag. He didn't even give me a napkin. This was my final straw! Each time I have been there I have to ask for a bag. I ordered a couple of sandwiches and the bread was hard as a brick! Will stick to subway or quizmos!
I was there eating and the employees were talking about smoking weed and one of them picked up trash and did not change his gloves and made a sandwich.
