Since when do they charge for a cup of water? I order online and then when I pick it up I’ve always asked for a cup of water no problem. Today of all days the AC in our car wasn’t working, it’s 90* outside and when I asked for a water they said it’s 25¢. I don’t carry change around and it is not worth it to charge my card for that much. I’m just super annoyed. I had my daughter with me and the water was for her.
This Jimmy Johns was delightful. I drove all the way here from provo to come to this jimmy johns! I was with my friend. Her name is Ann. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch and it was like heaven in my mouth. It made my tummy very happy. The worker who helped us was very kind and answered all of my perplexing questions. They even walked our food out to us so we didn't habe to stand! 10/10 recommend.
Great food, but actual prices are a few dollars more than prices on their menu. When I asked about it they didn’t have an explanation.
I had a frustrating experience at this location yesterday afternoon. I placed a pickup order, and parked right outside the store directly across from the drive-thru window, in plain view. I checked in to let staff know I had arrived, and told them what car I was driving so that I was easily identifiable. After waiting 15-20 minutes with no update on delivery, I went inside to check on my order.
